GAHHHHH I am so glad this is back, you cannot imagine it!!!
Loved it all... I missed this two too much.
The wording was unbelievable of course, but this bit stood out to me:

Love seemed to linger on his tongue, the word attempting to breach the levee of his lips. It begged to be released into the melody of the atmosphere, wishing to take on a different and heavier meaning. Forcing the word back down his throat, he brought his eyes once more to the man on stage and let the vision of his rapture warm the blood inside his veins.
